My role at Collaboration Nation is the Director of Professional Learning and Development. I worked directly under, the founder, Dr. Lippman. My responsibilities included project management and working on eLearning materials. This includes final edits and troubleshooting.

Oversee and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all timelines are adhered to.
Conceptualize and create materials for both print and online learning modules.
Offer guidance for both program development and micro-credentialing processes. Track and coordinate a wide array of learning projects.
Chair video conference meetings to discuss progress and future plans.
Generate comprehensive reports to provide routine updates on various projects.
Administer system testing and troubleshooting for learning and assessment materials.
Streamline operations by implementing tools related to task management.
Analyze and use data to identify professional development needs and evaluate, improve, and report program effectiveness and deliver recommendations for various initiatives.
Develop and approve professional development programs and workshops to meet identified needs. Conduct constructive after-action reviews to identify and carry out improvements to internal operations, controls, and coordination.
Create curriculums and complete training-related tasks that meet strategic business objectives in driving quality, customer service, and effectiveness.
Provide individual coaching and training to top talent and under-performing individuals who need additional support.
